Most items are made to order. We accept returns/refunds only if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For approved faulty/damaged/incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Worn/washed items or items missing original packaging (where applicable)

Hygiene-sealed items once opened (where applicable)
Wrong address / unclaimed parcels
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship at the customer’s cost.
Digital items
Digital sales are final once downloaded/accessed. If a file is defective/corrupted, contact us.
