Return & Refund Policy (Island Originals®)

Most items are made to order. We accept returns/refunds only if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to report a problem
Email support@islandoriginals.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

What we’ll do
If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund (where appropriate).

Returns & labels

  • Returns are by mail only.

  • For approved faulty/damaged/incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital downloads and gift cards

  • Worn/washed items or items missing original packaging (where applicable)

  • Hygiene-sealed items once opened (where applicable)

Wrong address / unclaimed parcels
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship at the customer’s cost.

Digital items
Digital sales are final once downloaded/accessed. If a file is defective/corrupted, contact us.
