- Eligible: Defective or incorrect items only (made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns)

- Method: By mail only (address provided after approval/RMA)
- Fees: We cover approved defect return/replacement shipping

How to start a return
- Email support@islandoriginals.co.uk with your order number and photos showing the issue.
- If approved, we’ll send RMA instructions and the correct return address.
Please don’t send items back to the print facility without an RMA.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
- We cannot accept items with signs of wear, odours, pet hair, or missing packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, face coverings and similar items are final sale unless defective.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection/approval.
- Processing time: up to 7 days after we receive the item (your bank may take longer).
Shipping costs
- Defective/incorrect item: We cover return or replacement shipping (or refund without a return where appropriate).
- Change-of-mind/size: Not accepted (products are made to order).
Holiday extension
For orders delivered 1 November–31 December, the defect claim window is extended to 60 days from delivery.
Digital products
Digital items are non-refundable once delivered. See our full digital policy: Digital Refund Policy.
