Most items are made to order. We accept returns/refunds only if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Report an issue (within 14 days)
Email support@islandoriginals.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

What we’ll do
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (where appropriate).

Returns & labels
Returns are by mail only. For approved faulty/damaged/incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Please don’t send items back without approval/instructions.

Not returnable

  • Change-of-mind returns (made-to-order items)

  • Digital downloads and gift cards

  • Worn/washed items or items missing original packaging (where applicable)

  • Hygiene-sealed items once opened (where applicable)

Wrong address / unclaimed parcels
If returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship at the customer’s cost.
