Returns & Refunds (Island Originals®)

Most items sold by Island Originals® are made to order or delivered digitally. We accept returns or refunds only where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where a digital product has a genuine issue. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


Report an issue (within 14 days)

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days by emailing support@islandoriginals.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (for physical items)
  • Screenshots or error details (for digital downloads, if applicable)

What we’ll do

Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.


Returns & labels (physical items)

Returns are by mail only. For approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Please do not send items back without approval or instructions, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.


Digital downloads (important)

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as digital products cannot be returned.

However, if you experience a genuine issue such as:

  • The file is faulty or corrupted
  • The wrong file was delivered
  • You are unable to access or download the files

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@islandoriginals.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement file or refund.


Not returnable

  • Change-of-mind returns for made-to-order items
  • Digital downloads once accessed (except for genuine faults as outlined above)
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items missing original packaging (where applicable)
  • Hygiene-sealed items once opened (where applicable)

Wrong address / unclaimed parcels

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if a parcel is unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment at the customer’s cost.

Island Originals® reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
