We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.

  • Eligible: Defective or incorrect items only (made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns)

  • Method: By mail only (address provided after approval/RMA)
  • Fees: We cover approved defect return/replacement shipping

How to start a return

  1. Email support@islandoriginals.co.uk with your order number and photos showing the issue.
  2. If approved, we’ll send RMA instructions and the correct return address.

Please don’t send items back to the print facility without an RMA.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept items with signs of wear, odours, pet hair, or missing packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, face coverings and similar items are final sale unless defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection/approval.
  • Processing time: up to 7 days after we receive the item (your bank may take longer).

Shipping costs

  • Defective/incorrect item: We cover return or replacement shipping (or refund without a return where appropriate).
  • Change-of-mind/size: Not accepted (products are made to order).

Holiday extension

For orders delivered 1 November–31 December, the defect claim window is extended to 60 days from delivery.

Digital products

Digital items are non-refundable once delivered. See our full digital policy: Digital Refund Policy.
