Order Tracking

Island Originals uses trusted fulfilment partners. Your order status and tracking will appear as soon as your package is dispatched.

Fastest ways to track

1. From your email: Open your order confirmation and click “View your order” for live status and tracking once available.
2. From your account: If you created an account at checkout, sign in → Orders → select your order → Track shipment.

Don’t see a tracking number yet?

• Processing time: Usually 1–3 business days (up to 5 in peak periods).
• UK delivery: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Note: Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.

Track with your number

If you already have a tracking number, you can also track directly with the carrier:

• Royal Mail
• Evri
• DHL
• UPS
