Orders are fulfilled from the nearest facility (UK, EU, or US) based on the destination.

Excluded regions
We do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Gaza, and restricted regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk).

Duties & taxes
International orders may incur customs/VAT payable by the customer.

Return method & labels

Returns are by mail only.
Defective/damaged or misprinted items: we’ll provide a prepaid label after approval.
Exchanges (non-defective): customer covers return postage.
Unapproved returns or returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Refunds

Issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-returnable items

Digital downloads and gift cards
Worn/washed items, items without tags or original packaging
Hygiene-sealed items once opened (where applicable)

Wrong address / unclaimed parcels

Orders returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped at customer's cost.

Return address

Provided after your return is authorised (we route to the nearest returns hub).

💾 Digital Products — Ownership, License & Refunds

Ownership & license
All digital artworks and files are owned by Island Originals®. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, store and use the files for personal, non-commercial use.

Not allowed

Resale, redistribution, file-sharing, or sublicensing
Commercial use (including selling prints or merchandise) without written permission
Creating derivative works for resale
Minting/selling as NFTs
Training AI models using our files
Removing watermarks or copyright notices

Refunds for digital items
Digital sales are final once downloaded or accessed. By clicking “Download now”, you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content.

📸 UGC Permission

By tagging or submitting content to us (e.g., #IslandOriginals), you grant Island Originals a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost and feature your content on our website, social channels, ads and emails, with credit.

Purchasing a product gives you the right to use the physical item only. It does not grant rights to copy, print, sublicense, resell or otherwise exploit the underlying artwork or brand assets.
